ST. MARIE & CO.

Privacy & Security

Discretion is a standard of the House.

Discretion is a standard of the House.

Membership is a private relationship. Information entrusted to the House is held for the purpose of that relationship, and with the restraint the House expects of itself.

This page describes that approach in public terms. It is not the formal Privacy Policy. Where a technical or legal detail has not been confirmed, it is not stated here.

Only what the relationship requires.

If you register your interest, the House receives the details you submit: your name, email, mobile number, location, occupation, organization, area of interest, and any optional information you choose to add, such as a LinkedIn profile or how you heard of the House.

If you request membership, the House receives the identity, contact, professional, and educational details asked on the request, together with the written responses you provide.

If you create a member account, the House receives your name, email address, and the credentials used to sign in.

If you correspond with the House, including a request to receive House correspondence, the House receives the content of that correspondence and the address used to reach you.

If you are a member and use a member service, the House receives the information you choose to enter there. You are not required to complete optional fields.

In service of the House relationship.

Information submitted with a request for membership or a registration of interest is used to review that request and to correspond with you about it.

Information associated with a member account is used to operate the membership and the services the member has chosen to use.

An address given for House correspondence is used to send that correspondence. Messages of that kind include a way to stop them.

A complete account of sharing, retention, and service providers is not published on this page. Those matters belong in the formal Privacy Policy, which is still under review.

Technology remains subordinate to the House.

The House may use technology, including artificial intelligence, to extend House standards into educational guidance and member services.

That technology does not replace House standards, human judgment, or the care of a qualified professional.

This page does not state whether member information is used to train artificial-intelligence systems. That question has not been published as confirmed House policy and is reserved for legal and technical review.

Access follows the role.

Member areas of the site require a member to sign in. Admissions work is limited to authorized staff of the House.

The House does not publish security certifications, compliance attestations, encryption standards, or retention periods on this page. Those claims require verification and are not made here.

The member remains the principal.

Optional fields may be left blank. Correspondence you asked to receive can be stopped from the message itself.

Rights of access, correction, and deletion, and the manner in which they are exercised, will be set out in the formal Privacy Policy. They are not fully specified here.
